                  <title>FOS Well Test Unit 8 Achieves 2 Years without LTI</title>

                  <description><![CDATA[<p>Well Test Unit 8 achieved 2 years of operation without a Lost Time Incident on the 7th November 2011&nbsp;. This represents not only the combined manhours of all crew but in addition, all subcontractors and third parties working on location.</p>
<p>During this period WTU8 worked a total combined 171,174 manhours and drove a total of 374,849 kilometres</p>
<p>This is a remarkable achievement considering the hazardous nature&nbsp;of exploration well testing&nbsp;performed in a remote and &nbsp;harsh desert environment.&nbsp;FOS apply the four pillars of HSE to all operations which is proving to be an effective means to minimising and managing the varied hazards which are part of daily routine,</p>

                  <title>WTU3 Achieves 9 Years without LTI</title>

                  <description><![CDATA[<p>The crew and subcontractors on FOS Energy Well Test Unit 3 achieved the remarkable milestone of 9 years without a single Lost Time Incident on 30th June 2011.</p>

Despite coping with extreme desert heat, remote locations, and continuous 24 hour operations on high pressure toxic wells , the crew managed to accumualte a staggering total of <strong>1.12 million man hours worked and 2.68 million kilometers driven</strong> safely during this 9 year period.</p>
<p><br />
Well Test Units 3 function is to test the productivity of newly drilled and discovered exploration wells on Omans oil and gas bearing frontiers. These discoveries are vitally important to Oman's economic future and prosperity and FOS exploration well test units are at the forefront of the oil and gas reserves bookings process.</p>

                  <title>FOS achieves OPAL HSE competency certification</title>

<div style="line-height: 16.8pt; background: white"><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: 9pt">In&nbsp; grand ceremony honoured by H.E Nasser bin Khamis Al Jashmi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, a total of 59 HR and HSE &ndash; 45 and 14 respectively - professionals&nbsp; received their competency certificates and cards of OPAL&rsquo;s (Oman Society for Petroleum Services) &nbsp;popular HR and HSE competency programmes. Amongst these candidates was FOS QHSE Supervisor&nbsp;<strong>Sulaiman Mohammed Hamood Al Kalbani.</strong>&nbsp;The event was held at the Oil and Gas Exhibition Centre at PDO on 2nd October&nbsp;,&nbsp;and attended by senior officials and managers from the Ministry of Oil and Gas and PDO beside the senior managers of the candidate&rsquo;s employed companies. </span></span></div>

                  <title>FOS awarded new exploration Well Test Unit</title>

<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">FOS is developing and expanding it&rsquo;s exploration well testing capability , with the addition of a new self contained testing unit, due to be commissioned in December 2011.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">The exploration unit will be used to test the productivity of newly discovered oil and gas reserves , including tight shale reservoirs , crucial to Oman&rsquo;s economic future.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">The new unit is completely self supporting with mobile camp facility for up to 40 crew , service and support personnel.&nbsp;It is designed for extreme sour service (H2S gas), and &nbsp;capable of testing wells up to 15,000 psi at rates of up to 2600 m3/day of oil and gas rates up to 2.5 million m3/day.</div>

                  <title>New FOSTRAK Internet based Asset Database</title>

                  <description><![CDATA[<p>FOS Energy LLC has commisioned a purpose bult web based asset and maintenance database.&nbsp; This will allow our currect register of over 5000 individual assets and equipment to be tracked together wih online storage of all related certification&nbsp;&nbsp;and material traceability documentation.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Phase 2 will see&nbsp;the&nbsp;addition&nbsp; of&nbsp; maintenance schedules for all critical&nbsp;and pressure containing assets. Each piece of equipment&nbsp;well stream exposure is logged&nbsp;on a daily basis and planned preventative maintenance schedules&nbsp;will be&nbsp;automatically&nbsp; highlighted as&nbsp;they become due.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;As the database can be accessed from any internet&nbsp;enabled pc it enables all supervisors to efficiently track equipment and due dates&nbsp;very&nbsp;simply.&nbsp;The &nbsp;main benefits of the system is maintenance cost reduction and the elimination of&nbsp;literally hundreds of data books, maintenance books and materials certification books.&nbsp;&nbsp;Phase 1 will go live in mid January 2011 with Phase 2 planned for Q2 2011</p>]]></description>
