The five most senior managers in FOS share over 100 man years of accumulated well services experience internationally and close to 40 man years in Oman. These experienced professionals are accessible to all our customers, suppliers and staff alike on a 24/7 basis.
CEO Commitment to Quality, Health Safety and the Environment
I trust you can imagine my feelings of pride as we celebrate another year without recording any Health, Safety or Environmental incidents. I do not take the credit for this achievement; it comes down to the strong leadership in the field and the commitment from the crews themselves to work and act sensibly and practice good Safety Behaviors.
I have made the following executive commitment for 2011:
1. I am 100% accountable for all injuries and accidents that happen within my company’s environment.
2. My target for 2011 is Goal Zero – no harm to people, assets or the environment.
3. Everyone deserves the right to work in a safe and secure work place with adequate tools, equipment, training and supervision; regardless of their nationality, their background or their religion and beliefs.
4. Sub contractors and other 3rd party service providers are treated equally and fairly within the FOS policy and procedures.
5. I will maintain a policy of Zero Tolerance to any illegal acts; and acts or behavior which contravene FOS policy and procedures.
6. I will insist upon 100% compliance with our customer’s rules and expectations.
7. I will fully support any FOS employee or subcontractor who uses the Empowerment to STOP Work.
8. I am committed to excellence in everything we do.
